HEAVY-DUTY STRUCTURING SANDER

The RUSTIC LINE Structuring Machine is a high-efficiency solution for multi-directional surface treatment, specifically designed to enhance veneer textures and grain patterns. Equipped with oscillating, multidirectional rotating brush tools, it delivers uniform and consistent structuring across a wide variety of panel surfaces.

Parts are automatically conveyed through the machine via a precision-controlled conveyor belt. As they pass beneath the rotating brushes, surfaces are treated evenly and thoroughly. Once processed, the parts exit the machine ready for collection—no manual intervention required during operation.
