The RUSTICA Structuring Machine is engineered to automate surface treatment processes that were traditionally performed manually. Equipped with two high-performance rotating brush tools, this machine ensures consistent and efficient structuring of parts.
Parts are automatically conveyed through the machine via a precision-controlled conveyor belt. As they pass beneath the rotating brushes, surfaces are treated uniformly. Once processed, the parts exit the machine, ready for collection—no manual intervention required during the operation.
